Inner Beast (10s uptime) => Mob Attack => Counter Attack for 300 potency and heal 30% of that damage received back as HP

That's the smartest way to do it. Doesn't help against anything that'll outright kill the Warrior but nothing now can prevent that anyway.

What about cool down and would you need 5 stacks ? as if its CD is long and or need 5 stacks it will be no better than the IB we have now and worse than the 2.1 change to IB.
