Thavnairian Mist Bug

I tried to purchase 3 Thavnairian Mists today. I had the correct number of Myth tomes for the purchase. When I checked my inventory I received only 1 Mist but was deducted 800 Myth tomes. When I checked my Armory Chest I found a Cleric's Circlet. I was in the correct tab of the UI to buy Mists and not armor when this happened.

I've already used the item restoration service so the in-game GMs have told me that they cannot help me. They have informed me to file my issue here. I would like to have my tomestones restored, or at least get 1 Mist back.
