    Unable to receive mail from friends

    As the title reads, I have not been able to receive mail from any of my friends for almost a week and a half. I have asked numerous friends to try but they say it won't send. I can send mail just fine. Kindly fix this asap. I put a ticket in and no response yet.

    Do you have any unread mail with items attached? I was unable to send more than 2 full letters (10 items) to a certain friend until they emptied their box.

    Nope...no unread mail. I have cleared out everything and I still can't receive mail from my friends. I can send mail to them just fine but not the other way around. They have even tried to use the reply option and it still does no good. My mail is bugged. This has been going on for a while now yet SE hasn't even tried to do anything bout it.

    I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with being unable to receive mail from friends . This matter has already been brought to our attention and is currently under investigation by development. I recommend checking Here or Here for any updates in the future!
