    It'd be good to know, it's nice to have the general chitchat going on while questing so you can jump in any time.

    I'm not sure I'd personally like to see channel spam on such a large scale, but there might be a case to be made for maintaining a list on the forum here of all the interesting linkshells one might join for different purposes.

    As a linkshell, you'd at least have the option of joining/not joining, thus avoiding spam to some extent. Dunno, just seems odd to me. Until I joined an FC (excellent FC btw :P) the world felt very silent and empty, never had that in an mmo before.

    edit: Apart from Gold Spammers of course, they were always happy to PM
