We feel that end game could have been better.
The system for Free Companies, could have been stronger, more rewarding.
End game... really seems kind of dead. Only two level 50, 4man dungeons....
This leads to a lot of inexperienced players mixing with very experienced players.
There needs to be more to fill the gap other than just grinding the same dungeon over and over.

There also isn't a way to perform ready checks in raids or even see who is doing what in the company chest. The company chest defintly needs work.
Also concerning free companies, there is a 24 hour pentalty between switching companies, is that really enough?

You know lots of people join and leave companies because they want help, or aren't getting enough help. Then you have a core team of members, holding your hand crossing the street like your five. Did you ever consider that We have things we wanna do too and that we can't help EVERYONE at the same time?

The overworld would be more active if they actually went through with the wandering Ifrit/Garuda/Titan primals for free companies, that's for sure.

They even had a video of the Ifrit FATE in Thanalan, why wasn't it released?

Everytime I see people looking for help with any of the relic quest chain, whether it be Hydra, Chimera, Titan, AK, 24 Mobs whatever, I go help them down it.

And I also tank low gear requirement AK/WP runs to help out the people who cant find groups.

Also forgot to mention that it seems like the botting and RMT
seems like it could be handled by one person better than an entire team that just leaves them to do whatever they want.

Seriously, not to sound insulting, but you could probably replace 30 people on your staff with 3-5 really good people who actually get work done. Its not complicated.

Relic chain stuff is fun. You rarely get an equal return on it... But I've met plenty of people from helping out who remember my name and let me DD in PUGs, join my shouts and a few new people on my Flist... Then again I've got more people on my flist by randomly giving out flowers than helping. But whatever. It's worth it and gives me something to do after Monday.


As for the OP... I really think Ifrit and Garuda are way too easy compared to Titan and Coil. They don't prepare you for how busy you are and how much you have to pay attention to. For a tiered gear treadmill of a game, they really don't do the same thing for end game content.

Leveling is bad (fates).

I've never played a game where it was so absurdly easy to level. I can appreciate that we'll never have another mmo where leveling is months-long (or more) but days long is just absurd, especially with the one-button nature of it.

The changes are coming too late.

They're supposed to be buffing dungeon exp, but people have leveled most the jobs that they want to level. I do know something of game programming and sorry, it's not a lot of work to buff the exp, even if they went the lazy route of just applying a buff while inside dungeons that was added on top of rested/etc bonuses.

It's too late. Some things shouldn't take a committee to decide. The easiest leveling method should not simultaneously be the cheapest, safest, and fastest, not to mention the most practical way to attain GC seals.
