I agree, but when you get stuck with a group that isn't very good, you can spend the entire time limit trying to get past the 1st boss. I wouldn't mind that so much, but it happens a lot. The mechanics are good but it's only worth doing if you do the dungeon with people who've already done it, but you're grouped with people doing the story missions. It's the same with Qarn. If you get stuck with people who don't speak your language very well, explaining the mechanics is very difficult. If they're just not-very-good players, explaining the mechanics isn't very useful as they probably aren't going to be able to do it anyway.
If they removed this dungeon from any form of progression and made it an end-game dungeon, I'd enjoy it. I'd love it if they made it harder, as long as I'm not always doing it with people who have level 20 gear and don't know how to AoE fruit no matter how much I explain it.
