Just no loyalty or understanding in this game at all. Ya have one bad week of people not being able to get together because of irl stuff and everyones dropping FC.

well some ppl are working as well, just find a FC that has more dedicated ppl.

A lot of people are really in it for "me" and not for the FC/LS or anything. To them, other players are really nothing more than NPCs for them to use to obtain their own goals.

Try to find a good FC of people who aren't overly obsessed with getting loot or getting everything done "now". As mentioned before, the "speedrun" culture/mentality of this game is a big contributor to this problem as well.
