So sick of prioritisation

I am so sick of prioritisation. Or prioritization* if you are that way inclined.

What is this? An intellectual recession or something? Aren't we even allowed to want things anymore?

Everytime someone asks for something, regardless of how basic and standardised the concept is, apparently it cannot be done because it isn't "a priority". Funny that here was me thinking this was supposed to be a video game competing in an already saturated market.

We can't even have mounts anymore because it isn't a priority. Lol? If this was an indie company with ten staff members, I could perhaps understand where people were coming from acting like a mount is a luxury we can't afford. But this is a game produced by Square Enix.

Shouldn't basic things like mounts, jumping, network-coding, and other such features be within their capacities. It's not like any of these are novel ideas with no precedent. They are elementary features.

Yes, basic things like Mounts, Airships, Linkshell Management, a functioning practical trading system, MH, Mailboxes should be the priority to many players. Most of these things they aren't even working on. So when will they be implemented? Noone will give us a definite answer and date of when exactly the things players want will happen. Basically I think it comes down to now leave or stay. I'm a fan but this is getting ridiculous. I do not want dungeons over these other things. I don't know what they are thinking but they aren't listening to the fans enough to do something about it now.

You seriously think you and the <30k other people and their enjoyment has any priority over fixing everything else first? You are not unique snowflake, you aren't giving them any money and you haven't quit so far. All they need is enough people to bitch about their patches so they can improve on the systems. That's not a lot. The rest is filler and irrelevant for a long time to come.

I absolutely agree. I really don't think it's good for SE to ignore there fans. I mean has this worked for any company?

How do you know they're not working on them, just because they hasn't announced it yet? If not, haven't you thought that maybe they'll start working on it after they implement the dungeons and the battle changes? Yes bring on the mailboxes, while I have nothing to interesting to do in this bland, boring world. Mailing stuff is way more fun than doing dungeons.

If not, haven't you thought that maybe they'll start working on it after they implement the dungeons and the battle changes? As a fan we want to know exactly WHEN our issues will be taken care of. We are beginning to feel hopeless and are considering leaving the game.

Is it too much to ask that ANYONE respond with if they are or are not working on it and WHEN it will become active?

I think as loyal fans we deserve that much.

Yes you are right. I was deciding on this since not hearing about anything that we are requesting being worked on. We are leaving and not returning.
