Stating what page a post is on is only helpful for people with the number of posts per page set to the same number. The setting ranges from 5-40 per page. If you don't want to quote, better to link to or mention the post # itself, in the upper right corner of the post.

Click on thread with crown. Click on "Search Thread," followed by "Advanced Search." Check "Dev Tracker" box, hit Search.

Or click on the posters name, click "View Posts" find the post in questions, Click on the black letters that is the start of their post (that will create a link that takes you directly to that persons post), then highlight the URL in the address bar, Copy, then paste it as a link in your post.
