Depending on the cool down would depend on how slow the progression is. Usually with token systems are much slower than running dungeons. But like I said, I know that will never happen. I'm fully aware of the fact that the game isn't set up that way.Giving dungeons/coil a cool down accomplishes the same thing a token system does, slowing down progression to keep your players playing over a long period of time. Also, if dungeons had a cool down they would have to change the entire system they have in place now including doing relic quests.
