    Square Enix FFXIV Account Transfer Screw Up

    Alright, so this is my story, take it as you want.
    I'm kind of frustrated right now on SE's support. On October 20-something I submitted a free account transfer from F towards H. Something fucked up, or better yet, they fucked something up. I am not able to access the European or NA servers and my character is lost in the Limbo. It's been over a month and they are still working on it, and you know what's the best part, all the options they give me. All they say is, have patience, people are working on it. It gets frustrating because at this moment, I don't even care about the character, I just want access to my account so that I can make a new character and start over. But no, they can't do that since the investigation process has already begun. They can't just "pull the plug" on the investigation!? Oh, also, no refunds on the month i have lost thanks to it, they will not even provide me with a substitute account in the meantime to play with. Is it so hard to reboot/clean the account and give it back to me?
    They are incompetent, anti-gamer and have no real support. Patience they ask, patience and I shall receive an e-mail!
