Doing anything 'fast'... don't you think it would be harder to find satisfaction...
Unless you like it 'fast and furious'?
    ahem.

I disagree, I think a new class is quite a big of content. It's a new perspective/way to play the game!
I'm having loads of fun leveling multiple classes as I go. So hearing that there'll be another class? Nice!

I guess the POV is a bit different when/if you've got multiple classes at 50's already.

Quite, and that has to be considered. Also the class gameplay may not appeal to all. If they release a big sword wielder, some people may not care for it (like myself). If they release a dancer I'll jump on it (but many others would pass). What they need is content that a larger % of people would do. For example, Crystal Tower: There is a lot of people who will at least try it out.

At the end it comes down to simple formula:
Amount of hours spent consuming content (by all people, all worlds).
Amount of hours spent developing content.

They will go for best bang for buck option ^^; (Which is why we see a lot of features some would call insignificant... because they are 'cheap' enough to make and have a good return).
