    this happened to me once. I tihnk this happens when you are too close to the wall and for a reason or another you and up behind (or almost) the wall.

    As other's have said it seems to happen if your character end's up behind the wall when he moves forward. Happened to me twice as a Monk.
    Seems to be a built in measure to stop players getting behind the wall for an easy win.
