To sum it up:
I haven't played for over a month. I stopped because there are too many anti-WoW players hassling me all the time. SO if i try to file a complaint or post on the appropriate forums it says i can't. I have paid my account fees monthly. I do not harrass other players or do anything else to get banned. I just want to know, why do you treat players like this?
I want to cancel my sub also, but the directions on your website are bad links and there is no cancel button. I can't send in a support form either, it says some mumbo jumbo about player level etc. I tried FB and Twitter to contact you also.
If i pay for a game i expect to be treated with respect in return. Which means being able to post on all forums and get support. Please fix this. You won't have my vote for best customer service, that is for sure!
