Graphcis not looking good

My friends graphics on his game are substantially better looking than mine. The thing is we are both running the exact same setting on final. Same resolution, same settings, everything. Both drivers are up to date.

His graphics card is:
amd radeon 7600 hd

Mine is:
nvidia geforce gtx 770

Everything on my computer is better than his also.

Any ideas on what I can do?

maybe he enabled some kind of driver setting to force some effects.

You have provided almost no details as to what the differences are you happen to be discerning. Until you can provide comparative screenshots, detailed driver settings and driver versions, and monitor information, no one here can assist you.

Ask your friend what settings were used on that computer (not the settings found within the game)? Might help.
