What does FFXIV Have Against Me?

To sum it up:
I haven't played for over a month. I stopped because there are too many anti-WoW players hassling me all the time. SO if i try to file a complaint or post on the appropriate forums it says i can't. I have paid my account fees monthly. I do not harrass other players or do anything else to get banned. I just want to know, why do you treat players like this?
I want to cancel my sub also, but the directions on your website are bad links and there is no cancel button. I can't send in a support form either, it says some mumbo jumbo about player level etc. I tried FB and Twitter to contact you also.
If i pay for a game i expect to be treated with respect in return. Which means being able to post on all forums and get support. Please fix this. You won't have my vote for best customer service, that is for sure!

Anti-WoW? I'm guessing the OP either didn't stop talking about how much better WoW is and/or would not stop calling alt characters Toons. XD

Either way everything needed to stop your sub is right in the Mogstation:

Just go to the Account Services tab and click on the Cancel Automatic Renewal button in the lower part of the page. There is also a Cancel Service Account option in there.

This is a MMORPG and just like in any MMORPG there is going to be haters for absolutely anything.

In this game there will be people that will hate on you and not even give u the light of day if u tell them u played WoW.

In WoW there will be people that will hate on you and not even give u the light of day if u tell them u played FFXI/FFXIV.

In other MMORPG's there will be people that will hate on you and not even give u the light of day if u tell them u ever played a MMORPG that isn't the current MMORPG that you are playing.

as for canceling just go to the mogstation > current services > cancel.
