I do not agree that people are worse as DRG or MNK, the worse player i'm seeing are all healers

So here is what people need to know

Yes HP is important, but only for T5

3.5-3.6 is ENOUGH for all of the content, there is NO content outside of T5 that will make you win just because the healer got more HP

BUT healing 30 more HP just by upgrading relic +1 can and will save lives, when tank can't use cooldown, when lag or just shit happens

So w/e you are a WHM or a SCH MAin you have no choice, do Relic +1 first this will save ALOT of time and headache for the healer and the tank

Also I hope people will stop with the Oh don't get +1 cuz allagan is better, for SCH that is true SCH Book owns easily Omni +1 but only SCH is your 2-3-4th job you will need to use SCH threw T5 and that 30 HP restore will help you I can promise you that
If the tank dies because you didn't heal him for 30 more a cast, well, it's not your gear's fault.

It's not really that big a deal to buy some AF2 instead of Thyrus+1. You get inferior gains in healing but higher gains in vit, and for some people that might be a reasonable tradeoff. In particular, somebody just joining the game now might be better served to do that if they somehow join a T5 group while still undergeared and have to hit the hp requirement. And honestly, +1 is about a 3-5% gain in healing power. It's strong - it's VERY strong, for a single piece - but unless your tank somehow manages to go for 20+ heals in a row without being topped off, it's ultimately not that significant. Since most tanks will be topped off as often as feasible, the only time the 3-5% gain will prevent a tank death is if they would end up between 1 and maybe 250 hp. I don't know about you, but if my tank hits 250 hp, either he's level 20 or I've screwed up - him getting that low means slightly worse RNG on the damage intake alone would have killed him, so it needs to not happen. And that also ignores the fact that stoneskin doesn't benefit from your gear at all unless you are casting it on yourself.

(That said I still like Thyrus first because you can still respec vit, and Allagan only drops off of T5 anyway. I'm just arguing that gear in this game is relatively meaningless for healers)
