Ascension <AUS> Recruiting || Midcore Coil Raid Team [Tonberry - Oceanic GMT+10]

Ascension <AUS> is recruiting motivated individuals for Coil Group 4 on the Japanese server Tonberry. The following classes listed below have openings available for permanent spots:

- SCH or WHM

Coil Group 4 will launch as a brand new team, however it will be lead by a current static of six with an experienced Turn 4 raid leader complimented by six other members also successful in Turn 4. In terms of raid times, we are looking at Friday and Saturday nights and it is assured that both raids will be conducted during ~9:30pm GMT+11 (Australian East Coast) time. Being a Midcore group, duration of raids are expected to be between 2 to 3 hours, 2 raid nights per week.

Also now adding positions available for casual raiding Group 2 (Farming T1, solidifying T2 and looking ahead to T4):

The following list outlines expectations we require recruits to meet

This list also serves as expectations that recruits should find satisfied by all current G4 members:

- Full i70 gear (may not be possible due to gear combinations while upgrading)

- Relic+1 (priority lower on Tank/BRD/SCH - should carry gear equiv to 900 tomes)

- Knowledge of Coil Turns 1 through 4 (experience preferable, however if not applicable expected that each individual researches prior to raids - this includes reading guides, watching videos)

- Knowledge of class mechanics (DPS rotations, various enmity combinations, healing prioritization and raid utilities such as silencing spells)

- Recognizes importance of punctuality and possesses near 100% raid attendance (includes being prepared with raid consumables)

- Ability to use Teamspeak 3 (mic is required, exceptions to individuals with multiple i90 and Turn 4 exp)

- Sociable attitude with acceptance of constructive criticism

The formalities act as the door that only unlocks when our FC suits the individual and the individual suits the goals of the FC; when the door opens, formalities become but a minor detail.

We are looking to build a solid group that serves not only as one's raid team but also as one's social acquaintances in game; a community built for individuals to come together to enjoy the content that is available and a chance to forge friendships that extend beyond the life of just one game.

After an energetic and successful recruitment drive, Ascension <AUS> now requires only 2 healers for permanent raid spots (one for a midcore group and one for a casual group) to round out our solid line up of 32 motivated and active raiders.

With new raid content on the horizon come December 17th in the form of Extreme Primals and Crystal Tower Ascension <AUS> is in prime form and ready with a positive synergizing mix of energetic newcomers to the FC and experienced veterans that form the core of our family.
