Looks like your desktop has a N-Alvorix-RS880 motherboard. The game is running poor due to that you don't have a dedicated videocard, and are using an on-motherboard IGP (integrated graphics processor) that's sharing system memory.

Fortunately, you're in luck! Your motherboard has a PCI-E x16 slot. That means that you can upgrade to a dedicated videocard and solve your performance issues without replacing the entire machine. If you're in the budget market, something like a Radeon 7850-7870 or Geforce 660-670 would work very well in this case.

Please note that the PowerSupply in that machine is only 250watt, and has insufficient juice on the 12v rails to supply a dedicated videocard. So, you're going to need to buy two things.

    1) A replacement PSU (A 700-750w PSU, "OR" a recognized BRAND-NAME 550+w with strong 12v rail(s) )
    2) Videocard (your choice here, just make-sure that you have enough power for it)

**As another consideration, your case doesn't have very good ventilation..

I would suggest going with a "stock" ducted cooler on whatever videocard that you buy. Eg, one that vents most exhaust OUT of the case rather than blowing hot air into the case (as the custom dual / tri-fan coolers tend to do).

Edit: Since I don't know the length of your case, and can't find dimensions of the room you have available for inserting a graphics card. You'll also want to open your machine up and measure just how big a card can fit in that PCI-E slot. If you have a very tight-fit, this is going to limit your choices in terms of the higher end cards and custom PCB's (which can be 10+" long).
