    Vial of Phantasia Issue

    Time: 8:25 pm (EST)

    Frequency: Once

    Character name:Tofu Maro

    Class/Level: 50 DRG/SMN/SCH/WAR

    Party or solo:Solo

    Sent in about 3 in-game tickets for about a month now and no response. Had an issue with the Vial were the appearance that was shown wasn't the appearance that was given to me. I tried making another lalafel(sp?), but instead was given a Female Hyur(sp?) appearance. I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but this was just extremely weird... I really am particular about appearance and it really does bother me, cause a female Hyur is really ugly... Would like help on this matter please.
