Is it just me or are some Archer abilities still broken?

Seems archers's WS additional effect aren't 100% . Sometimes WS hit like normal hit and no effect add. On NMs DoT WS is a waste of TP/time 'cause you have to have some luck to hit WS and some luck to add DoT effect and the DoT effect wear off 10/15 sec , so mage is more usefull as Dot .

Except for the fact you totally forgot when Bloodletter debuff falls off it does 500 damage?
