ya, youtube.
I might be elitist for this reply, but damn, you are some lazy people.
You should have played a bit more with the first consoles, when there was no save function and had to learn what to do if you wanted to reach the end.

Atari 2600....playing some of the games on that system as a kid...i experienced an emotion i had never experienced before...Nerd Rage.
This...coming from raiding experience from that other mmo everyone compares every other mmo to, i can relate to this...its just something you get used to and experience, it was fun and challenging...if something was not working you would try and to come up with something that would work, but also it made you keep up with everyone else in gear progression...if you were not pulling your weight you had to do something...either research on how to play better, rebind/redo your UI to where it feels comfortable to you to play but at the same time have better reaction time of your abilities, upgrade your gear etc etc...there is alot of videos and resources out there, people just have to put in a little effort into reading and searching.or instead of asking for an easy mode, you could just, you know, get better at the game?
A little focus and perserverance (and a more than 5 second attention span) is really all you need. I don't expect everybody I meet to be pro, but I do expect them to learn as they go.
I don't mind wiping to something 100 times as long as progress is made each time. Just learn the dang content and eventually you'll be one of those people who call turn 4 and 5 "easy."1

Because skill is something you can aquire. It's possible, and you honestly should have aquired at least a little of it by the time you finish the main scenario. What you haven't learned from that can still be learned in the subsequent battles. Just like any good game difficulty is given to the player in incriments.Question: Why do you feel that those of us that pay for the game, but aren't skilled enough to beat Coil not deserve a way to see the story?
The better question is why you think the story should be handed to you on a silver platter? haven't you played any single player RPGs? They generally get more challenging as you progress....

It seems to me, that many players (hard-core players too) afraid of other, more casual players, will be able to chase Coil and see the lore, to know the story in easy mode. Why do you afraid? Is the Coil story your own property and you dont want to give it to anyone else? Many players want to see the story- so what? Hard core players will not lose anything- easy mode will not contain any alagan loot- only hard mode (curent mode) will have. So, what's the problem- I cant understand
And very simple to create easy mode- just nerf all mobs and bosses inside and remove some bosses's abilities

Except it doesn't need to and shouldnt be created. Just get better at the game. No, it's not anyone's "property", but neither is it out of your reach to participate in. Part of the fun of beating a challenging dungeon is seeing the next part of a story. Why would anyone be "afraid" of people seeing more of the story. Your logic astounds me in its fallacy. It seems to me, that many players (hard-core players too) afraid of other, more casual players, will be able to chase Coil and see the lore, to know the story in easy mode. Ever played Ninja Gaiden on the NES? It was one of the first games ever to utilize cinematic cutscenes. The game was extremely hard but your reward for beating the level was you'd get to see the next part of the story. It made the game very satisfying and the reward made it such that the game pissed you off just enough that you didn't want to give up.
The game is easy enough as it is, if you want to see the rest of the story, you need to buckle down and get your video game senses going. It is not beyond your ability to learn how to clear the more challenging content. You can beat the higher level content, stop pretending you can't. You just have to learn some strategy, you can't just 1 2 3 1 1 1 2 1 3 your way through it.
making an easy mode will just facilitate players not learning more skills and developing their character. If all you want is story with no challenging gameplay, thats what movies are for.

The story is part of the achievement.
So I make you the same question. So, what's the problem with learning to play a game? I can't understand.
Ping, too little game time to learn how to play, unable to find good const party of good skilled players. More reasons you need?

TEll this words to thousands people, who are filling all servers and what will you do, if they disappear? Servers will be empty. Developers must respect interests of ALL PLAYERS, but not only interests of little group of hard core players
