    Can't get the quest named: With a Little Elbow Grease (Lvl 35). The NPC isn't responding. Can't progress in my main quest...

    I can also confirm this. Its part of the main storyline and I would appreciate seeing this fixed sooner than later. NPC can be found in the church near Camp Drybone.
