With your current set of cross skill, you can go over-meld and use the rotation posted by Aphraell.
But with all the money you would spend in over-meld to get the stats needed, I think you can get BSM and Alchemy to 50 easy.

Thanks for all the advice, I overmelded a bit more and got more CP. Crafted myself some Cawl food and was able to craft my Vanya with condition to spare =)
