Eaduuard NPC still bugged. - Malboro

Class/Level: Warrior lvl. 39.

Steps:
1: Talk to NPC, nothing happens.
2: Talk to NPC, nothing happens.
3: Talk to NPC, nothing happens.
This goes on forever...

I have been unable to progress on the main storyline for three days because of this NPC. He is supposed to give out the lvl. 35 quest: "With a Little Elbow Grease". I have seen up to nine players at a time attempting to talk to the NPC to no avail. At the moment there's three of us just sitting here. I have completed all relevant sidequests and finished Cutter's Cry. The only thing I can do right now is level a profession which I don't want to do yet. I feel like I've lost three days of playtime. Can you please fix this so we can go on playing? Thank you for your time.
