I would just stick to the titles listed on the official links just to be safe.
As far as I know, ps3 is 19.99 PC is 14.99

Are you talking about the collectors editions? I dunno if its listed as its on sale with a discount
as long as its an official SE link I'd go ahead and say yeah your probably fine.
