    "start" button greyed out cannot log in.

    okay so since a few days ago whenever i log into the client. Right at the start screen when it says

    "start"
    "Opening Movie"
    "Configuration"
    "Exit"

    BEFORE you can even see ur character or the server list.

    So basically the very first screen after u enter ur pasword. The start button is completely Greyed and wont let me click it. I can click the 3 three options however... but thats kinda useless. I am being so specific here because i have looked everywhere for an answer and some people have similar sounding problems but not exactly the same issue as this. At least not that i have found. So posting here is my last resort other than opening a support ticket. If i was no specific enough let me know. please help me.

    EDIT: OKay here is an update. I read on someone else have a similar sounding problem, "not the same problem" and the response of someone else said click opening movie and exit and it might resolve. I did that, and nothing. However this time i let the opening movie play on its own, and instead an error message finally came up. "The lobby server connection has encountered and error 2002" so ima go research that error now and see if i find something but if anyone knows off the top of their head a response is still GREATLY appreciated since i only have 1 day now to farm my freaking tomes. Something tells me ima miss my 300 tomes this week though.....ugh..

    EDIT: okay....final update. it seems like this is a universal error that many people get or is used when servers are down? but i have a feeling the servers have not been down every single day for the passed 3 days. Unless someone can tell me otherwise. Please help?

    EDIT: Okay. jesus. So apparently my boyfriend using a DIFFERANT computer and DIFFERANT account in the SAME house as me is getting the SAME Error. I'm sure this must be narrowing it down for you guys now (and for my own sanity) We just moved here..well 3 days ago. lol. So i assume now this must be an IP issue or some kind thing, though im not a computer network wizard or otherwise and still have no clue what steps to take to resolve this. 1 day left for me to get 300 Mythos tomes and im in a state of panic. please someone. HELP

    I guess i'm gonna have to move to my last resort unless i get this fixed before Monday. Sacrificing babies to a dark God. I only hope it takes one baby this time...

    All of this has given me a great idea though. I understand the cap on Myth tomes, it makes sense to even the playing field for Casual VS Hardcore players. But for some (and by some i mean all people) there are just times when 1 week is not enough time to do whatever life has thrown in their direction. Moving house is a good example in my case anyway. Therefore implementation of a carry over system for tokens that are capped weekly. Right now Myth Tomes are the only Tokens with cap but in the future im sure there will be others, 2-3 weeks carry over would not be unreasonable in case you can't avoid missing an entire week for play.
