Bound =/= Binding So why the heck can't we sell the item?

The market wards have there place. But there is no reason to equip your player in all gear from there.

crafted gear should be used to field gaps in dungeon gear,
Top level crafted gear should be equal to i90 gear with proper melds, Maybe even better as getting the best melds is almost harder then i90 items.

Nah, Better than Darklight for Sure, but not ilvl 90 Stuff. The boost to your primary Stat going from 70 to 90 is too much for secondary stat melds to cover for.
