My wife and I had been hunting for a group of people where we could have fun and enjoy ourselves while still enjoying the different parts of the game. We didn't have much luck at all until we found Sanctum. We've been members for the last few months and could not have asked for a better group of people to play with. If you've read the earlier messages in this thread, you'll notice I posted a bit over a year ago about joining Sanctum. I've never looked back once - this is a place where friends are forged and close ties are held dear. We have people from many different walks of life, playstyles, and skill levels, and we welcome both fresh adventurers and seasoned veterans. It's been a wonderful year - I've seen the team band together to down Twintania, gear our fellow players, explore fresh content, and escort new adventurers through the story at their own pace. There's a friendly, positive atmosphere here that I haven't seen online in over a decade. I joined Sanctum last year through another game before we had moved to Final Fantasy, and I love every second being with the FC. The players are some of the nicest people I have met, always willing to help others out and being there for one another during hard times. In honesty, I would never have picked up Final Fantasy XIV if it wasn't for this free company, and I would never have continued as far as I have come if it wasn't for the support that they give. They always welcome the newer players with sincerity and enthusiasm. We have end gamers as well, but they have a casual manner and will take their time with the newer end gamers. Sanctum has become almost like a second family to me. It is without a doubt that I would recommend joining up with Sanctum if you wish to play at your own pace with others.

Hey guys I took a short break to try out WoD and looking to come back to ffxiv this weekend. I'm currently on midgardsormr and looking to transfer and possibly level a fresh class/job. Your FC seems like a solid fit to my play style so would be interested in transferring and playing with you. Just a few questions though is for raids what time do you guys normally raid, do you participate in other aspects such as pvp, treasure hunts and the sort? My last question is a lot of guilds I join the fc chat is dead. How active is yours? I don't mind using voice comms for raiding but rarely use it when I'm just playing. Hi! I'm known as Daisy in the game and I've been in this FC for about 8 months now.

My husband joined this FC and highly recommended that I join too when I decided to start playing FFXIV. I've been in guilds from other games, so I was a bit skeptical about all the good things that he kept telling me about the FC. The previous guilds I've been in have always had cliques. I have always felt like an outsider in them. But I was very surprised after I joined Sanctum. This FC is, indeed, the nicest guild I have been part of. Everyone greets you when you log in. The FC members are always there for you, whether you need a group to run a dungeon or you need something crafted. Everyone in this FC is mature, yet fun, with a great sense of humor.

One of the reasons why I still keep logging on to FFXIV is because of this FC!

Hi Xariz! We're typically most active from around 6:00PM PST to about 9 or 10 during the week, with the late night picking up on the weekends. We run a few scheduled events during the week that we coordinate through our website, typically getting started around 7PM PST. We do some raiding, and we also do a lot of "whatever seems like fun" - typically if you shouted out in company chat about wanting to queue for PVP or do some maps, you would get a handful of others coming along as well. FC Chat is very active during our peak times, with most people migrating to the TeamSpeak channel only for raids or if we're all in a dungeon together. I joined Sanctum about 8-9 months ago and I must say it's probably the most laid-back guild/FC I've ever been in - Everyone's always very lively and spirits are always high.. A sense of community is what Sanctum prides itself on.. I've played a ton of MMO's PvE, PvP and even on a competitive level - And Sanctum provides the perfect balance in between - Yes, they have end-game content groups, but it's not forced or required.. I also tend to play off and on - Just depending on IRL and other games - Sanctum always welcomes me back with open arms.. If you're looking for a chill, relaxed, friendly FC environment with all the sweet perks of "major" FC's; Like web-site, Raids, Weekly Events, etc. - Then Sanctum is definitely a great choice.
