Quest to open leves in Saint Coinach's Find available too early

Steps:
1. I went to the levemete in Saint Coinach's Find between level 40 and 45 for my main class (I did not have any classes above level 40 at this point).

2. I completed the quest and trial leve as normal, believing these were level 40 leves.

3. I think I exited and re-entered the area without doing any other leves but when I returned to do leves in the area, the levequests pane was blank on all tabs at level 44.

4. I levelled up to level 45 and returned to the levemete. The levequests then appeared and under the banner for level 45 leves.

5. I verified the journal entry for the quest to be unlocked and the levequest to unlock all leves in the area was set at level 40. I believe this should be level 45 or the leves should appear as soon as the trial leve is complete.
