Well...You see Aurum Vale it´s a quite tricky dungeon specially for tanks/healers, if a group FAILS it always leads to those roles (or at least what most people do) that s one of the main reason people try to avoid taking those roles so they don t get bulling so often I believe you have to value the people who stick with you when you are learning than when you are full DL/AF+1 and you already memorized everything,meanwhile for dps if they are bad or not as good mobs wont die as fast.
