Thanks for building an updated thread!
Could you mark "Covenant of the Phoenix" as recruiting?
At this point with so many 8-10 man companies on the server, should we not start tracking only the companies of a certain size and certain amount of progression. By now counting whether a company can kill HM garuda or turns 1-2 is really irrelevant. Whats up Raipin?!! This is by no means a elitist type stab at anyone, but if we counted every company on turns 1-2, the list would literally be 40-50 companies long....
As a suggestion, I think it would be beneficial if we started doing what other servers do with our progression thread, and that's accounting for multiple individually led raid groups within the same FC.
If there's 2+ completely independent and separately run raid groups within the same FC, all the ones that are not the fastest progressed are currently completely ignored and for progression purposes, non-existent. They're putting in the time and effort as well, but go completely unnoticed. Some of them are pretty far progressed as well. (I know of at least 2 more Twintania kills on this server not currently tracked due to being a different raid group in a FC that already has a kill)
See http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...read-Version-2 for an example of what I mean.
We may not have as many FC's as some servers, but what we lack in FC tags we heavily make up for via multiple independent raid groups in the same FC.
We have 3 groups killing t5 weekly now, not sure why it's important to track that... I think it would be kinda dumb to track every little group in a zerg companies that focus more on quantity then quality. Wow, they have way more companies with turn 5 on farm, pick up the slack people!!!!

I agree w/ Quieren on this one. This is fairly time consuming as is with keeping recruiting status, following up on disbanded FCs, and what not. I'm not even bothering with FC websites atm which, if there was a feature I'd like to add, would be it.
If people want their "independent of FC" groups kept track of, I'd recommend they just start their own FC. My FC has three groups which are all pretty much ran independently from each other, but when it came to T5, we took the best from each group and made a kill group to get it down. So in that situation, which group gets the kill credit? Group 1? Group 3? Does that constitute creating a completely new group on the progression list?
I'd rather just keep it all to the FC, as these progression posts are much more about FC recruitment in my opinion than bragging rights. It's a tool for people looking to join an FC, especially server xfers, to see where their prospective FC stands.

I don't believe it should just be limited to FCs that have only downed the hardest content. Just by my FC being up there, and us being in coil I have had people message me and say they are interested in joining or teaming up in case one of us doesn't have enough people, simply because of where we are. If this becomes and Elitist post you can bet someone else will make one that is not. Its easier to include all FCs that care to post their progression than to exclude those you don't deem worthy. Not only is this post more about recruitment, its about being able to offer congratulations to other community members on their accomplishments, regardless of whether they are server first, or server last.
