Actually, it's bludgeoning, if you want to be entirely semantic about it.

As a war, you should know that he means how the CURRENT storm's eye debuff works lol. It basically increases the war and pld's dmg.. not sure if -10% slashing resistance = +10% damage though.

A 10% reduction in resistance equates to an 11.1% increase in damage dealt (1 / .9).
