Voice acting

I would be satisfied with just main story having voice acting, i dont want to hear everyone talk, though in cities it would be cool to have people call out to u but they went with the icon above the head for quests which is good too

a similar feature could be like in XII, where regular npc's with no face icon above their head just has chat bubble and the heads have voice acting(It could be shown differently in UI) but something similar to that so they can work in voice acting slowly
