looking at the great voice acting in witcher 2 (its no mmo i know but you could fill 20times the CS ffxiv offers by now with it, or even more) it really does a huge part adding to immersion. Like Dragonhand said... why did they do that to their latest ff offline games and didnt do it to ffxiv at all (i know there is like 1 or 2 words mumbled but thats about it).
FFXIV so far feels like the easy cheap way of getting a lot of money ... too bad we have a market with lotsa competition and
all these excuses don't work since even small companies do better and faster... Some even manage to get a decent game on the market within a year... SE dindt even manage to get the few basics (which should have been here at launch) goin after 9 months retail....

I think voice acting is like looooow priority to them or they "put it into consideration" like they do with 99% of the complaints.
