I didn't get to see what the abilities were before you edited them so that's why I said you could get away with a Determination buff instead of removing a possibly versatile or otherwise good ability for a purely support ability (which would hamper your COR a bit). You're right though I did have Power Potion in mind for the Determination buff. That way both jobs benefit from it and would make it so you don't have 2 +10% damage buffs (Detonator and Power Potion as you currently have them).

I'd also like to bring up Enchanted Ammo. If the MSK is to use standard rDPS gear (ARC/BRD stuff) then they're not going to have very good magic attack so this ability might actually end up nerfing their damage. I do like the concept of it but you might have to tweak it (swap atk with matk or something for duration) in order for it to work. Also not overly fond of locking out an ability entirely from the jobs, maybe give it a slightly different effect for each job?
