I was thinking of something more matching the NPC villains from end game. I have a theory that they are not going to stay the villain too much longer in the story line.

I am not sure what to call it, but I think we will see a magi-tech gun class, but get this it will be a healing class not a DPS. We need a non-magical healing class and I think that will probably do the trick. It shoots its injections at the other players.

Silly idea I know, but was just thinking about it.

X-2 had Gun Mage as a Blue Mage with guns. Maybe when Musketeer gets released, Gun Mage can branch of it using Magitek guns. Cid could be the quest NPC maybe.

Shadow mage. Uses dark energy to heal party members and uses it also to mitigate damage. It would fall somewhere between scholar and whitemage but not overpowering either class.

I really would like to see a class named Occultist , a Dark magic based caster who does Dps an Debuff his prey. The 2 jobs would be Necromancer and Shaman. Necromancer would be the Master of dps/debuffing, using morbid spell to paralyse their foe and terrorize them. (Would need to have Occ lv30 and Thm lv 15). Shaman would be an healer that can debuff his foes while his healing would be drains type spells (A spell named Bleed could be a DoT on the target and heals double the amount to the tank) it wouldn't heals for big number but the debuff would make up for it.

(I know Necromancer is in FFV.. But it's more like a Bluemage to me..)

We can all agree that regardless of the classes they plan to release let's hope they release at least two at one time. I don't want to login to find nothing but BLUs or RDMs running around lol. I think they should introduce the obvious jobs first (THF and RDM) and their classes then go from there.
