Hey there. As you can guess from the left, I am Caex Vaeriar of Cactuar server. I just recently was the victim of a scammer, who took my items, crafted an item, and then claiemd he 'wasn't able to make it and failed reclaim', then instantly logged off.

I was feeling bummed out, and reported him to the GM staff as a scammer. We missed eachother the first time, but the second time the GM was able to get a hold of me right before I was about to leave.

I just wanted to post here that I felt the GM was very kind, he showed a lot of compassion, yet he maintained a good professional demeanor through it all. It really makes one's heart light to be able to see such good actions coming from the GM's, even if the issue might not be able to be resolved.

He also popped up afterwards, which was probably the most exciting thing I've seen in FFXIV. ^_^


So to Square Enix and staff, I wanted to say, thank you from a customer for the kindness. You guys are the best <3

I think SE has something with posting other player names in screenshots, not sure if it stretches to GM too, but yes. I also find the GM to be respectful and helpful.

Game Masters. They help manage the game ingame as well as out of it.

Anyways, wows.. I'm glad things were alright in the end. I want a outfit with an aura.. :x
