Hello all. I'm looking to create a new Free Company that's aimed at recruiting newer/lower leveled players and helping them through the main story quests. The idea is to start membership with new players early so that they have easy access to help from the beginning and can rise through the ranks quickly.

As you become a more established member, you will then turn to assisting newer members and joining in on high level raids with higher ranking members.
