Monk LF Hard Core FC/LS

Hello everyone!

My name is normally Byaah is whatever game I play. I am a end game progression raider in WoW currently and I am looking to make the transition over to FF14 soon. I have a level 50 Monk as of now and I am working on all the other basics as this post is being made.

What I am looking for:

1. Extreme Skill Levels from the LS/FC
2. Use of Mumble
3. Egos checked at door but confidence and ability to receive critique and give it with tact still in check.
4. Any raid time day or night, does not matter
5. I would strongly prefer a good showing outside of raid times, this can have some wiggle room however.
6. Prefer a community that has been together for a while and established relationships that have not only proven strong but vetted out week links and sour/detromental personalities.
7. People that can take morally grey humor, please don't have a "monotone" funny bone :P

About me:

As mentioned before I am a hardcore WoW raider, I have been since vanilla. What I prefer most is to raid, and do that very hard. I love progression, I love being the top. It's what I like. Currently I am 11/14 Heroic on both a Monk and Rogue in a 3 night and a 2 nigh raid guild. My past within wow has tons of server first (to include Death's Demise) along with other notable kills with very early kill dates.

I do not like error in my play and I struggle to achieve near perfect performance. When the rare occasion arises that I do make a mistake, I take it very hard, you could not possible come down on me as hard as I do myself. I strive to lead from the front and set a great example for anyone in my community.

About FF14 ARR:

I am very very VEEEERY new to this game yet, as of this post I think I just broke 1 week game time? However please do not let this deter you from considering me. What I lack in current knowledge (which I am furiously fixing) I bring in insane skill, some may be turned off by that last part so allow me to clarify, do not read that as elitism, that is 100% confidence and time tested and proven ability. I do not shy away from the fact I consider myself good and I take pride in my ability. Moving back to FF14, I am flexible in what I play but as I see it now Monk is what appears to be my play style, I love melee DD's. I am working on a PLD on the side at this time to see how tanks are as this is something I have done in the past as well. But again I default to a melee DD seems to be my sweet spot!!!

What should you do?

Invite me to your LS at a minimum. I do stress I am a WIP (Work In Progress) but/and a great investment. Take the time to give me a mumble interview to feel me out. This more is thrown out to people that have played WoW and understand it b/c if not, I more or less have fallen upon deaf ears :P

My game time:

I am a disabled vet, so I have no current job, this affords me the opportunity to have 100% of my focus on things of my choice, which so happens to be ARR! Why tell you this? As someone who has had to weed out poor to amazing players with recruitment, one of the big things I take into consideration is time available and distractions, be that Mommy and Daddy, the wife, kids, career, deployments. While IRL has it's own calls and SHOULD take priority (given you can balance a proper schedule) these things, justified or not, weigh heavily on other players and you are very much a team.
