30, 40, and 50. will there be different pvp gear and weapons for those lvl ranges?

Traditionally, in most other MMOs, this is called duelling. You can challenge another player to a duel in most areas and nobody else is allowed to interfere. The battle ends when someone reaches 1 HP so there is no death. I'd also like to know if we're getting the ability to duel other players someday.

Mobs can do this to us currently so will there be anything stopping anyone from running back and forth to the front-back of someone to cancel all of their actions constantly?

The preview Wolves' Den showed me same abilities we have right now too. Unless did you mean by different damage etc instead of abilities itself?

In preview of Wolves' Den, it showed us there's Limit break. How do you deal with that? I mean someone could just waiting until limit break is filled and press button "Iwin"

How do you planning to add each new season and new outfit for PVP in each month, 3 month?
I mean if someone already finished with PVP goal for their job. How long do they have to wait for until new pvp season coming?
