Looking for Group: Relaxed, Mature, and most importantly, Fun.

I'm a strong young Miqo'te fem- Ok, I won't go that far. But my character IS a Miqo'te female.

Some basic character info:
-Highest level is White Mage (50)
-Currently leveling up Gladiator and Weaver (Both 20, but mostly working on Weaver)
-Hasn't really bothered with the other classes
-Is a 1.0 character
-Has Sprint bound to a key in finger's reach because reasons

I'm not looking for a group that only wants to increase it's player count. I would prefer to join a group of people who get along together and know each other well.
I like groups that communicate often and set up times and dates to do things.
I consider myself helpful, polite, and mature (for the most part).
I am NOT looking for elitists. It's one thing to tell me that some of my gear is under-leveled. But it's another thing to tell me we lost a fight BECAUSE my gear is under-leveled.

Some things about myself:
-I HATE grinding. I need to get a bunch of tombstones so I can get some better gear for HM Titan, but I haven't really bothered to do that. If I'm going to suffer, I would prefer to have my friends suffer with me.
-I like to act serious but I am 99% always sarcastic. "I had fun once. It was terrible."
-I don't consider myself to be a "hard core" player, but I don't consider myself a "casual" either.
-I have Skype and have no problem using it. Although, I can be rather shy over the microphone and prefer to say things using in-game chat. (there's a lot of things I would say in-game, but not in real life)
-I basically have no irl friends or anyone to play this with. I have pretty much gone from 1 to 50 without a regular group of people. (Is that depressing?)
-I am secretly a guy

I would like to join a long-lasting group. I'm pretty much free every day all day.

Aaah, a community you say? Hmm.

I'm leader for an FC called "The Empyrean Divine", also known as TED. We're a multi-gaming guild, have been around for about two-years now and are constantly growing. I lead the FFXIV chapter. If it's a friendly and social community you want, I'm more than confident in throwing in my hat here.

We use a voice chat software called Mumble a lot, but I won't force you to talk if you're shy. Speaking through text is perfectly fine. We're also setting up a "date-night" on Sundays for people to watch movies, hang out, and play other games together!

I think you would find that you are a perfect fit for our group of people. Not hardcore by any means however not casual. We have members who love every aspect of the game, be it crafting or gathering or fate grinding alt jobs.
