Who We Are
We are a Free Company of people, first and foremost, not just a company of jobs and classes. We set out to recruit members that not only are willing to contribute to our cause but also help to keep the atmosphere light. We make it a priority to get to know our members and treat them like we would our real life friends and family (after all, we will be playing this game enough.)

Goals
Primarily we want to have fun! We want to enjoy all that the games has to offer, but keep it less like a job and more like the entertaining game that it is. We want to see the raid content, and we want to have set raid schedules. But what we need are more people like you to fill those spots.

What we want
We are still working at getting everyone leveled to where we need to be, so if you too are still working to get to where you want to be, maybe we are for you. We want those individuals that are in this game for the long haul, regardless of the reason they are.

We are not only looking for raiders, we are looking for Friends. People that we can socialize with, as well as see content with. We are not a strictly Raiding FC, but we do want to raid. If you don’t want to raid, that is fine, we offer many facets of the game. We are not a Zerg FC. We want to build a foundation. Due to that, currently we are looking to keep the FC fairly small in terms of the amount of members that we can have. We want you to be part of the ‘family’ so to speak, so for this reason we are somewhat choosy, and do have a trial basis of membership to make sure we all fit together. We want people with a positive attitude that are looking to play the game in an adult environment. We are a group of older players, our youngest is 25, but we accept players of all ages.

We are seeking new as well as veteran players to FFXIV and MMOs in general. We are looking for people who wish to grow in a guild without the pressure of a hardcore environment. While we do have a raider rank, we are currently more interested in building a solid foundation as we close in on endgame as a guild.
