I haven't done Garuda much, about 20ish times, and I've seen a few WHM and BLM weapons drop. The majority though where all books. Yeah, i'm kinda getting the feeling that the RNG is busted. So to the people who've seen many weapons drop, please buy me a lotto ticket.
