Speaking about accessories, from my experience the only "farmable" accessories are at level 28 from Haukke, and then at level 38 from Cutter's Cry. All other accessory drops are too rare to farm for.

For example I have 2 characters with total of (IIRC) 8 classes through Sastasha+Tam Tara+Copperbell to level 20 and beyond, and I have only ever seen the earrings from CbM.

Brayflox ring seems to drop more often now, when I had my first character during launch week, I farmed Brayflox for the Cavalry set and never even realized there was a ring available. Now the coffer drops rings probably at 50~60% chance.

All other dungeon accessories seem to be too rare. For example I'm totaling 1800 myth by now yet I have not seen the AK tanking ring.

Compared to boss coffer always dropping gear, accessories drop from fewer coffers with lower probability, making them quite tedious to farm.
