    Where: Turn 2 at the Coil of Bahamut

    After defeating the ADS, "Heavy Allagan Cuisses" has dropped. I had rolled need and all others have either passed or left the instance. However, the loot chest has just disappeared and I received a message "Unable to obtain Heavy Allagan Cuisses."

    Would it be possible to retrieve the item?

    I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with being unable to loot. This matter has already been brought to our attention and is currently under investigation by development. I recommend checking Here or Here for any updates in the future!
