Being casual and being noob is different you know. What you're describing is that you're "noob" and not that you're a casual. I'm a casual, I play very limited hours a week but I still manage to get stuff done in coil regardless. Stop blaming people and start taking a look at yourself.

If you're not happy with what you've accomplished, then you need to re-evaluate what you're doing. Keep in mind, the easiest option isn't always the best, and blaming others is just a waste of time.
