    No, you're not being punished. People that are killing Twintania are being rewarded for their efforts. There's a difference.

    The relic quest is easy as hell and they should have just kept it the way it was in 1.0. Be happy that you have access to top tier weapons and armor with minimal effort.

    Considering everything is relative: Twintania rewards (=) relics punishment.

    Also, it is not fair to call these weapons relics in such a case.
