Yoshi said that relics are too common so allgan is getting a boost. To me this seems like player punishment. Because the Dev team failed to make it hard and many of use are helping others to get theirs, we get punished... Does not feel fare to me.

Once again, no changes are being made to Relic+1. How does no change suddenly change everything?

I'm so...confused here. Are they downgrading relics? No? Deleting your progress? No? Snatching babies? Possibly. I'm about 90% sure OP is trolling, but punishment? At what point has SE punished anyone for having their relic exactly, what, did people expect the gear treadmill to not get rolling months after release? I'm so...confused, as this is the circle of life when it comes to any mmo, even guild wars 2.

Coil requires Titan HM to enter, why on earth would an item that appears before Coil be as good as an item that appears at the end of the games current top tier of content. Idiotic to even think it should be the same or even close.

Here's the thing: Relics are way too easy to get, and way too easy to +1, albeit more grindy. Titan HM is the only roadblock in the entire Relic questline, and even that's nullified when you get a good FC/static who knows the fight well.

The Allagan weapons needed a buff.

1.0 required a two star synth item and two level IV materia. in addition to this the meld had a fairly high failure rate which resulted in the player losing the materia and the weapon. (These sold for 60-70mil on Sargatanas)

I think making the relic item a one star synth with level 3 material is the reason they are so common. At this point players don't even mention relic+1 in their shouts because it's expected that they will at the least have that.
