The only way to abuse it is if all three random people agree to it. If a group of 3 people queued together, they'd only get one vote. The other person from DF gets one vote.
I don't know the ends and out of the Vote Kick thing yet, but I'm not talking about 3 random people. I'm talking about 3 trolls who have nothing else better to do. But as other have stated there will be some kind of restrictions in place to prevent abuse......... Because when I started the thread I didn't know.
Now that someone else has brought it up what to prevent a premade group going into Crystal tower (after 2.1 when they fix 24man) or one of the new primal fight ( Good king) from kicking someone when their friend/FC mate has to lot against the PUG they got? Will Those Primal fights not have the option for Vote Kick? I've gone to garuda in DF and been paired up with a group that was missing DPS a lot. And I know that if friends were farming for weapons and they had to get a pug, they would kick whoever if something dropped they needed and they had to lot against a PUG.
This is another good point. This goes back to what I just said, Maybe after the final boss is dead the option to Kick won't be available. Like Kule said what if people kick right before the boss dies?
So I would be nice to get some more info on how the system will be used beside There will be restrictions in place.

If they really mean this it might be alright. But if they are lax about letting people abuse it I think this will be a net bad.
I could see a couple of _____ getting together and queueing up for the duty finder just so they can kick people over and over for the thrill of it. And something like that could piss someone off to the point of canceling their account. Forever.
I do admit it's a real problem that one bad apple can effectively ruin the whole instance for everyone though.
